The flamboyant politician declared himself certain of being chosen as the NPP’s presidential candidate, adding that, should ex-President John Mahama be chosen as the NDC’s flagbearer, he would easily defeat him (NDC).
The NPP’s well-known key funder since the 1990s, Ken Agyapong, thinks it’s time for party members to recognize his dedication to the cause and perseverance by choosing him to head the NPP in the 2024 elections and finally become president of Ghana.
He claims that women and young people in the nation must support him because he is their only hope.
Dr. Afriyie Akoto, the former agriculture minister, Alan Kyeremateng, the former trade minister, and Kwabena Agyapong, the former presidential spokesperson, have all publicly said that they intend to run for the NPP’s flagbearer position and have already begun their campaigns.
