Ofori-Atta praised Ghanaians for their impromptu reaction to the crisis and conveyed the Ministry of Finance’s compassion for the impacted individuals.
Water levels have begun to drop, according to a previous report from Seji Saji Amedonu, Deputy Director-General of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), who also predicted that, at the current rate of fall, it will take roughly one week for the water levels to completely subside.
