Akufo-Addo will be fired Ken Ofori-Atta, now that the IMF agreement has been reached? Speculates Clement Apaak

Akufo-Addo to be fired? Since the IMF deal has been completed, who is Ken Ofori-Atta? Asking EVANS ANNANG is Clement Apaak.

Prior to the conclusion of the round of negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), President Akufo-Addo asked that the concerns be put on hold.

The NPP MP for Subin, Eugene Boakye Antwi, in an earlier interview called on the President to sack the Finance Minister after the IMF negotiations.

He asserted that the economy will be a key issue in the elections of 2024, and that ousting Ken Ofori-Atta will offer the NPP a realistic chance of triumphing.

It’s time for him [the finance minister] to leave. If we are able to make the appropriate moves between now and next year, we may have a fighting chance of saving our economy and beating the NDC based on his own statements and performance at the ministry. Things aren’t terrific right now,” he told Joy News.
