The release and bailout of Shalimar Abbiusi
A report released on Monday, December 11 states that Shalimar Abbiusi was accused of breaking section 52 (1) (i) of the Immigration Act 2000 (Act 573), specifically “Obtaining a Student Permit by False Declaration,” at the Kaneshie District Court.
After pleading innocent, she was freed on GH20,000 bond and told to appear three times a week at the Ghana Immigration Service.
