Rumours that private attorney Maurice Ampaw is a member of the Lesbian, Gay, Bis3xual, Transgender, Queer, and Inters3x (LGBTQI) group have been refuted.

He claims that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is pushing the notion that he is a member of the LGBTQ community in order to forward their political agenda.

In an interview with Kasapa FM, Ampaw stated that he can never be gay because he has had sexual relations with more than 100 women and has fathered at least five different kinds of children.

“I have a deep hatred for them. Despite the fact that NDC members have called me gay, how can I be gay given how many ladies I have slept with in this nation? Just look at lawyer Maurice Ampaw.

In a related development, Ningo Prampram’s Member of Parliament for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) revealed that the anti-LGBTQI measure will be passed during Easter.

In an interview with Citi FM, situated in Accra, George disclosed that the bill is almost finished being considered. It is currently being amended based on feedback from different stakeholders.
