II. An Order of Mandamus directing the First Respondent to present the Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill to the President of the Republic of Ghana in compliance with Article 106(7) of the 1992 Republic Constitution of Ghana, on the grounds that the Ghanaian Parliament has duly complied with all the constitutional provisions stipulated under Article 106(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (6) of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana.
III. The Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill, as tabled by Parliament, in line with Article 106(7) of the 1992 Ghanaian Constitution, shall be given to the President of Ghana, either for his assent or for another reason.
IV. An order directing the President of the Republic of Ghana to indicate to the First Respondent that, within seven days of the Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill’s presentation, he either agrees with the bill or declines to do so in line with Article 106(7) of the 1992 Ghanaian Constitution, unless the President refers the bill to the Council of State in line with Article 90 of the Ghanaian Constitution.
V. Any other relief that this Honorable Court thinks appropriate.
