The men are shown in the video, which was shared by a person going by the handle @EliasuAlhaji, wielding AK-47 guns and clad in military camouflage. They are also seen supporting a travel firm that is supposedly involved in their recruiting.

Speaking in Twi, a regional dialect of Ghana, the guys in the film support Fly Away Travel Agency, claiming that the agency helped them enlist in the Russian Army.”Trust Fly Away Travel Agency to take you to Russia; just go there.”

This isn’t false information. We were all transported to this place by our Ghanaian parents. We own these guns,” they declare.

But a commentary that goes with the video expresses concern that these people may have joined the Russian military and are fighting in the ongoing conflict with Ukraine because of Ghana’s unemployment problem.
