Broadcaster Berla Mundi, from Ghana, has made a lasting impression at numerous international events by continuously showcasing her hosting abilities on a worldwide scale.

Following her news that she will be hosting the 66th Grammy’s African Nominee Brunch, we look at five occasions in which Berla Mundi brought pride to Ghana by hosting and attending well-known international events.

In 2022, Ghana will celebrate its 65th anniversary of independence with the 10th edition of the Global Citizen Festival, which will be held in Accra at Berla Mundi.

Over 20,000 people attended the festival, which took place at Black Star Square and featured performances by SZA and Usher, two legendary American R&B singers.

Alongside other well-known figures, Berla Mundi co-hosted alongside Danai Gurira, Joselyn Dumas, Michaela Coel, Nomzamo Mbatha, and Sabrina Dhowre Elba.
