Mahama reiterated his commitment to tackling youth issues in the event that he is chosen as leader.
He proposed creating a separate youth development ministry by splitting the youth and sports ministries.
He clarified that this choice will support his larger economic program, which includes the 24-hour economic initiative, by highlighting the importance of young involvement and facilitating the development of jobs.
