LilWin was sued by Martha Ankomah for allegedly damaging her reputation on social media after he attacked her harshly.
Martha said in her writ of summons that the actor’s remarks were, among other things, falsehoods disseminated with malevolent intent.
She is requesting five million Ghanaian cedis in damages for LilWin’s defamatory remarks.
On February 8, 2024, LilWin launched an unprovoked social media diatribe against Martha Ankomah for supposedly routinely declining offers from filmmakers to appear in Kumawood, the Twi film business.
