He told MPs on Wednesday evening that Parliament isn’t a spot for kidding however genuine public business.
This was after the Speaker Bagbin had before communicated disappointment with First Deputy Speaker, Joseph Osei-Owusu, for excusing a movement by the Minority to test into government’s Covid-19 consumption.
Talking on the floor of the House on Wednesday, Mr Bagbin said that Mr Osei-Owusu’s choice to topple his decision over the matter was unlawful, illicit and hostile.
