How young people in Ghana can pursue careers in gaming
There aren’t many darts centers run by the Darts Association of Ghana (DAG) in Accra, the country’s capital. The association just held an outreach program in April of last year to introduce the sport to Ghanaians since it was founded in 2019.
So, young boys who want to play sports are only able to do so in areas where they can easily go to the locations where the sport is played.
To develop their darts skills, young Ghanaians can join local darts groups and pursue professional instruction if they wish to turn their passion for the game into a career. This could entail taking part in training programs or collaborating with seasoned instructors.
In addition, they have the opportunity to compete in national and international events and possibly win sponsorships and endorsements.
A darts infrastructure needs to be developed and created by the government and DAG working together. Like any competitive sport, there can also be business potential. For example, one could launch a darts-related media platform or build a store selling equipment.
