For the Black Stars, Ghana requires a 10-year restructuring plan, according to Nii Lante

Ghanaian football needs a complete makeover, according to Nii Lante Vanderpuye, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) member of parliament for Odododiodoo.

According to him, revamping the national teams at all levels will require at least six years.

“I’m supporting a comprehensive plan to rebuild all of our national teams over the course of six to ten years. Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye stated in an interview with Starr FM that “we should look at starting from the U-9, U12, U14, U16, and U20, and that you require some of our young footballers.”

Additionally, the former minister of sports suggests that the Ghana FA collaborate with Chris Hughton and utilise his technical know-how.

“It’s my belief that the players are better than Chris Hughton, but we still need a technical directory.” I don’t believe he conducts his own scouting. Based on my observation of Chris Hughton’s squads, it appears that he has the ability to change players. But in this specific case, Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye contended, “I believe Chris Hughton has found himself in a forest of the influences and interferences of the Black Stars.”
