The undercover investigation, dubbed “Galamsey Economy,” is a partnership between Anas’ Tiger Eye PI and several Civil Society Organizations [CSOs], according to a flier made public by the journalist.

The journalist teased Ghanaians on Thursday, November 10, 2022, with a preview of his most recent exposé.

The beginning of the movie shows some individuals in an aeroplane, seemingly en route to Kotoka International Airport (KIA).

The conversation between Anas Aremeyaw Anas and the Most Reverend Charles Gabriel Angela Palmer-Buckle, Metropolitan Archbishop of Cape Coast, can be seen in scenes from KIA, Jubilee House, some glamorous locations, and other places.

The one minute, thirty-three second video was released on his social media account with the following inscriptions: “It is an eyesore…the dark secrets…not all you see will happen.”

Wode Maya, a well-known YouTuber in Ghana, tweeted Anas’ video along with a screenshot of a gambling website hours after the video was uploaded. Maya wrote:

Massive Anas! Is that my attempt? 5 years ago, this amateur galamsay content was done!”
